As a young professional living in Wisconsin, the paper valley, Wilder was inspired by the stories and long standing legacies of those who built strong foundations and continue to move the needle in the paper and packaging industry.

The close-knit partnerships and strong leadership he saw sparked his passion, and he realized this was an industry in which he could thrive and make a difference.

Wilder places great value on giving back to the industry, collaboration with others and inspiring future generations to ensure continued success for decades to come.

“The more and more we can share ideas on how to capitalize on space we may not have experience in, and the more we can talk about those opportunities, the better we will be as an industry,” Wilder shares.
