California Highway Covered in Toilet Paper That Fell From Pickup Truck

According to the California Highway Patrol (CHP), traffic on the 5 Freeway near Santa Clarita, Calif., was clogged for hours on March 12 after a vehicle carrying toilet paper rolls spilled. CHP authorities said hundreds of rolls clogged the freeway and blocked two lanes of traffic in L.A. County. The rolls fell from the back of a motorist's Ford F-350.
