Ekman Acquires UK Paper Recycling Firm

Ekman & Co. AB, a Swedish trading and forest products firm, recently acquired Allan Morris Recycling (AMR), the operator of an advanced paper recycling facility in North Wales in the United Kingdom. AMR now operates as a wholly owned subsidiary of Ekman & Co AB, trading as Allan Morris Recycling. A company statement read: "The decision to expand our services reflects a strategic move aimed at ensuring sustained value creation over the long term, as well as enhancing supplier and customer satisfaction." The facility will operate as part of Ekman Recycling Ltd., which has been a member of the Ekman Group for the past eight years.
