Green Bay Packaging Invests Over $1 Bn in Its Arkansas Kraft Paper Mill

Green Bay Packaging Inc. is expanding its existing manufacturing facility in Morrilton, Arkansas, with an investment of more than $1 billion. The expansion represents the largest capital investment project in the history of Central Arkansas, according to Arkansas Economic Development Commission. The multi-year project, which will greatly enhance the mill's infrastructure, includes the acquisition of 300 acres of land for future investments and expansion. Founded in 1933, Green Bay Packaging is a family-owned company comprised of corrugated shipping container plants, a folding carton facility, recycled and virgin containerboard mills, pressure-sensitive label roll-stock plants, timberlands, and a sawmill facility.
