Millcraft Acquires Steen-Macek Paper, Strengthening Customer Capabilities and Preserving a Legacy of Service in Wisconsin

Millcraft Paper Company has announced an agreement to acquire Steen-Macek Paper, a family-owned independent paper merchant headquartered in Green Bay, Wisconsin. The transaction is expected to close on Feb. 28, 2026. Founded in 1934, Steen-Macek serves printers, designers, agencies, and businesses across Wisconsin and Upper Michigan. Millcraft, a fourth-generation family-owned company founded in 1920, said the acquisition will expand inventory, product offerings, and service capabilities while maintaining existing local teams and customer relationships. Additional details are expected following the close of the transaction.
