PaperChain Chats: Wallace Williams, Head of Business Development, Cauthorne Paper Company

Mark Swets, NPTA executive director, connects with Wallace Williams, head of business development at Cauthorne Paper Company, to discuss his path into the paper industry and the experience of working in a multigenerational, family-owned business. Williams reflects on Cauthorne’s long history, its evolution as a paper converter specializing in slitting and rewinding rolls of all sizes, as well as sheeting and die cutting capabilities, and what it has been like stepping into a leadership role alongside his father.
