WCP Solutions Announces Executive Leadership Promotions

WCP Solutions has announced several executive leadership promotions across sales, purchasing, and IT/operations as part of the company’s continued growth and long-term leadership planning. Jon Thompson will transition to vice president of manufacturing and print sales, focusing on manufacturing strategy and alignment across manufacturing, print, and sales while remaining on WCP’s executive leadership team. The move marks the first step in a planned multiyear transition as Thompson prepares for retirement in the coming years. Jeff Zimmerman has been named vice president of sales and marketing, bringing experience across account management, sales leadership, and division management since joining WCP in 2011. Tamara Ferguson has been promoted to vice president of vendor management, where she will build on more than 20 years of industry experience in supplier development, product strategy, and partner relationships. Jeff Larson has been promoted to vice president of operations and IT, overseeing operations, purchasing, facilities, freight, and technology. “These changes reflect the strength of our leadership team and our continued focus on the future of WCP,” said Amy Swanson, CEO.
